We have dedicated repair facilities at our offices in Sudbury and Haverhill. Clients are able to secure their equipment at our
premises until it is repaired and then either drop in to pick it up, or, if this is not inconvenient, we can arrange transport. All
equipment is insured and secured on-site for our clients security.
We have a wide range of tools at our disposal to analyse
any problems that our clients may be having. Once we have concluded what the problem is we always contact our clients to agree the
best way forward before proceeding with any repairs.
In addition, we have a number of maintenance contracts where we make regular
onsite inspections and respond to day to day problems as they arise.

Remote Administration
Our typical response time for callouts is very good, usually under four hours subject to location.
Our technicians are Microsoft
qualified engineers who are able to visit our clients premises, assess the problems, if any, and establish what procedures
needs to be taken.
Our engineers are also skilled in data recovery and this is a service we regularly provide.
Our

All our equipment is secured on-site for security
reasons and is fully insured. We aim to turn around repairs in less than seven days, but of course if there are any serious problems
then it may take a while longer.

routinely carry these out in-house as well.
We offer tailor made service packages for our clients. The service depends on what our client requires. We can also
provide Data recovery and back up services and provide these on a regular basis.
